Chelsey put all her talents to good use and got Emilee all ready-
funny how things go - two years ago Em went to prom she was soooo nervous
we thought she was going to faint -
Today she was more excited - that this was HER Sr Prom!
Emilee truly looked like a Princess
She loves Taylor Swift - and that is the look she went after ....
Hair and dress ...... and oh the story about the dress!
Emilee sure does know what she likes that is for sure!

Welcome to Emilee's Graduation page!Please take some time to look at her photos - and make a comment or two-We will be updating and posting as we get closer to that wonderful Event of Graduation Day! May 23rd 2009-This Week is Prom Week - May 2, 2009 - Grand March is at 7 pm - at NCE - with the dance and post prom event to follow.The hunt for the elusive prom dress has quite a story and was a short hunting expedition - only 2 trips to the MOA anda few to West Acres - BUT FOUND NOTHING! NO Surprise!!! BUT - with Emilee's wit and determination SHE found it all on her own! Thru Ebay and it came from China! especially made to fit her! It is stunning! Emilee did a great job! She has a wonderful eye for fashion- and loves Taylor Swift! So Stay tuned! NOT letting the cat out of the bag until the big event - HOPE TO see you all there!We will be posting Pictures of Jr/Sr Prom 2009 -Your all welcome to the Open house at the farm - beginning at 3:30 pm.

Follow along to Emilee's GRADUATION Day!
Emilee Kay will be graduating on May 23rd 2009 from Norman County East in Twin Valley with the rest of her 31 2009 classmates- Emilee's Journey began very early - in fact 3 months early.
Emilee was born on October 23rd- 1990 - arriving 3 months early- weighing in at 2.6 lbs - with her weight going down to 1 lb 11 oz - Emilee was in the ICU in Merit Care for 77 days- During this time several of her present class mates where born. Emilee came home on January 8th 1991 weighing in at 6 lbs 1 oz - 3 weeks before she was due to have arrived on January 28th!
This began her journey of education to her upcoming Graduation in a few short weeks. With the wonderful support and love of her parents, siblings grandparents and a huge host of aunts and uncles and cousins - teachers thru the years - She is on her last stretch of a few remaining weeks before she "dons" on that Graduation Cap and moves the tassel and hour later.
Emilee has worked so very hard to get to this day in her life - and has done it with great pride and honor - and we as her family and friends salute you Emilee Kay - on your great achievement!
Emilee will be attending Brainerd Central Lakes Community College beginning in September of 2009 - she will be attending PREP Camp again this June in Bemidji State University in the Advanced group of attendees, being a mentor to those attending their first year.
Emilee has a great love of photography and animals -and the internet - and computers - so who knows where those interests will take her in the future years- she hopes to do something with animals- pictures and - wellllll we will see...
