Emilee is off....... College here she comes!

Below are Photos of Emilee's graduation - and her first day walking off to College

Emilee is now off to College at Central Lakes Community College in Brainerd Minnesota

She is adjusting well and so are mom and dad! She Only has called home about 2 dozen times - had the refrigerator quit working - and issues to iron out with room mates. Such is Life - learning to live life on life's terms.....Emilee will be starting her internship on the job training - and will be working at "Pet North" 2 days a week. Which of course is right up her alley - seeing as to how much she loves animals! Our greatest fear is that she will be bringing home every lost and stray dog and cat and creature in between!

We can not begin to thank the numerous people - family and friends - who have helped along the way - for Emilee to achieve this goal! I we started to name them all - I know we would end up leaving out someone!

College Acceptance Letter

Emilee has received her application to attend Central Lakes College in Brainerd Minnesota. Her "Acceptance Letter" arrived yesterday - and of course Emilee is thrilled! We now attend orientation on Monday, May 11th, all day.... Getting closer to the big Graduation Day - Of course Emilee's count down differs from the calendar. She only counts the actual days left to attend school - and we count the actual days including weekends until Graduation Day. So how ever you look at it - it is 16 days - which breaks down to 370 hours- until the Big "G" day! (love those count down widgets!)

we thought she was going to faint -

Today she was more excited - that this was HER Sr Prom!
